My Son, Flynn 14 years old has made leaps and bounds in his cricket skills thanks to the Academy. The Coaching team led by Graeme are outstanding! Drills are well structured and relevant to Flynn’s game. Flynn is so much more confident and his change in batting and bowling style has clearly paid off with a vast improvement in all areas of his game. The team of coaches have an excellent attitude and will always make you feel very welcome.

As a Christmas gift, we booked a series of one-on-one coaching sessions with Ryan, timing them just before the start of the season. Those sessions gave our son a real boost in both confidence and skill. The progress he’s made under Ryan’s guidance has been phenomenal. He is now regularly selected for teams that were out of reach just last season. What stands out most is that Ryan genuinely cares. He forms meaningful connections with his players and actively maintains those relationships throughout the season. That ongoing support has made a huge difference.

Ryan is a brilliant coach, I couldn’t recommend him enough, he has coached both my older boy (14) and younger boy (7). He will have a big group of 5-8 year olds who have never played cricket before and you’d think would just be running wild, all in the palm of his hand, gaining great new skills, listening to his every word, and really enjoying themselves. He’s equally got the 14 year olds complete respect and got them all developing as players, and loving the game. His enthusiasm and skills rub off on the boys and just an awesome coach.

Ryan is very good with the group sessions and the 1-1s which Arlo had this past year. He is very well organised, always having a plan for each session, making them fun and enjoyable - you can also see the progression week on week with all the children he coaches not just my son. Ryan always has a positive attitude and you can see the love for the game and love in wanting to help and improve the young children he coaches.
