LEGENDS ACADEMY DUBAI
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants registering for and taking part in any programme,
activity, coaching session, or event delivered by Legends Academy Dubai, operated by RedBear Sports.
By registering for any activity, participants (and parents/guardians where applicable) confirm they have
read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
• For cancellations received more than fourteen (14) days prior to the start date of any activity, Legends
Academy Dubai will refund the full amount paid less a statutory AED 50 administration fee.
• Refunds are not available for cancellations received thirteen (13) days or fewer before the start date
unless due to injury.
• For cancellations relating to onentonone coaching or facility hire, an alternative slot may be offered
but is not guaranteed.
• If a participant is injured and unable to participate, the registration may be deferred subject to a valid
medical certificate and management approval.
2. FITNESS TO PARTICIPATE AND EMERGENCY AID
• Participants must complete all required medical declarations and disclose relevant medical conditions.
• Legends Academy Dubai may request additional medical information before accepting a registration.
• Participants must ensure they are physically capable of participating in sporting activity.
• Medical assistance may be arranged where necessary including first aid or emergency services.
3. LIABILITY AND PARTICIPANT WAIVER
• Cricket involves inherent risks due to hard equipment, physical activity and climate conditions.
• Participants take part entirely at their own risk.
• Legends Academy Dubai and RedBear Sports shall not be liable for injury, damage or loss incurred
during participation.
• Participants are responsible for damage they cause to facilities, equipment or venues.
• The Academy reserves the right to remove any participant or parent/guardian who breaches the Code
of Conduct.
• Participants grant Legends Academy Dubai the right to use images or video for promotional purposes
unless permission is withdrawn in writing.
4. GAMES AND COMPETITIONS
• All competitions, matches and tournaments are conducted at the sole discretion of Legends Academy
Dubai.
• The Academy accepts no responsibility for injury, damage or loss related to competitions or prizes.
5. GENERAL TERMS
• Legends Academy Dubai provides qualified coaching staff and safe facilities.
• Participants must supply their own cricket equipment, protective gear, water and sun protection.
• Activities and communications are conducted in English.
• Selection for teams or representative squads is at the discretion of the coaching staff.
6. PROGRAMME CHANGES AND FORCE MAJEURE
• Activities may be altered, postponed or cancelled due to weather, venue availability, staff illness,
holidays or safety concerns.
• Legends Academy Dubai shall not be liable for disruption caused by events beyond reasonable control
including acts of war, military conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, pandemics,
natural disasters, or infrastructure failures.
• In such circumstances the Academy may reschedule sessions or offer credits at its discretion.
7. MEDIA AND RECORDING POLICY
• Participants may not record or film Academy activities without prior written approval from
management.
• Academy content may not be reproduced for commercial purposes.
8. SUPERVISION OF GUESTS
• Guests and siblings of participants remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian.
9. HEALTH AND SAFETY
• Participants must comply with health regulations issued by UAE authorities, venue operators and the
Academy.
• Participants should not attend sessions if experiencing contagious symptoms.
10. MOBILE APP AND DATA
• The Legends Academy Dubai mobile app may integrate with health tracking services to monitor
performance metrics such as steps, calories, heart rate and workout data.
11. PRIVACY POLICY
• The Academy may collect user information including name, email and account details to administer
services and improve the user experience.
• Third party services may include Google Play Services and Facebook Login.
12. POLICY UPDATES
• Legends Academy Dubai reserves the right to update these policies at any time.
