Our invitation only Girls' Emerging Player Programme provides high performance coaching to a select number of players within our pathway. This forms part of our long-term development pathway for all players enrolled in our girls’ programme.
The pathway is designed to give every committed player a clear opportunity to progress step by step toward higher levels of cricket, including potential selection for the UAE national setup via our own network with the ECB.
